Step 1A - Confirm Order
Once we receive your order through email, we will sent your confirm order and payment method (Bank Account). After payment is made, please allow us 1-2 working days(online Bank Transfer) or 3 working days (Bank-in) to confirm payment and your product will be ship out the next day.


Step 2A - SHIPPING CHARGES 
*We ship our products through either Pos Malaysia, Citylink Express Nationwide
From RM6(West M'sia) for RM9 (East M'sia)
Singapore Bank (POSB) Admin Charge: RM10
World Wide Shipping: by inquiry
Wrapping & Greeting Card Service - From RM3


Step 3 - PAYMENT

Step 4 - SHIPPING SCHEDULE
For Ready Stock: shipping is usually between 1 - 7 working days.
For Pre-Order items: shipping is varies depends on supplier process time.
Please take note that transit times may vary, particularly in remote areas and during peak periods. We will strictly make sure that all items are brand new, in good condition and wrapped properly before delivery is made and we are not responsible for any damage caused after the goods are posted out from our hands.
